Welcome to the EZ_DEVELOPMENT store. By purchasing any digital resource, script, or asset from our storefront, you explicitly agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from purchasing or using our products.

1. Digital Licensing & Usage

  • Single-License Grant: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the script on a single server or community infrastructure owned/operated by you.
  • No Redistribution: You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, sharing, gifting, or sub-licensing any files, code, or assets purchased from this store to any third party.
  • Asset Protection: Many of our products utilize the official Cfx.re Asset Escrow system for security and copyright protection. Attempting to bypass, decompile, or crack this encryption is a severe violation of these terms.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the intangible and digital nature of software scripts, we enforce a strict no-refund policy. Once an asset is purchased and delivered or linked to your Cfx.re account, it cannot be returned.
  • Chargeback Policy: Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal through any payment processor (such as PayPal, Stripe, or Tebex) without contacting support first will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of all purchased licenses, a permanent ban from our store, and a report filed with global FiveM community blacklists.

3. Anti-Leak & Community Standards

  • Zero-Tolerance for Leaking: Uploading our scripts to leaking platforms, community forums, or sharing them with unauthorized developers will result in immediate termination of your license without a refund.
  • Account Liability: You are entirely responsible for the security of your account and the assets tied to it. If your account is compromised and your assets are leaked, your license may still be revoked.

4. Support & Code Modifications

  • Support Access: Customers receive access to technical support via our official Discord community for assistance with script setup, configuration, and bug fixes.
  • Custom Modifications: While you are welcome to modify the open-source config files provided with our scripts, we cannot guarantee technical support if you modify the core, server-side code structure.
  • Performance Standards: Our scripts are highly optimized to maintain minimal resource monitoring impact (resmon) under normal server conditions. We are not responsible for performance drops caused by conflicting third-party scripts or poorly optimized server hardware.
