Because our store offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds to protect our assets and community. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Digital Nature & "All Sales Final" Policy
- Immediate Access: All products sold on our storefront are digital downloads delivered immediately via email, the platform dashboard, or credited directly to your Cfx.re account.
- No Returns: Because digital code cannot be physically returned or locked once unencrypted or downloaded, all sales are final.
- Buyer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review the script requirements, compatible frameworks (such as QBCore or ESX), and asset dependencies before checking out. We do not offer refunds if you purchase a script for an unsupported framework or change your mind after download.
2. Limited Exceptions for Refunds
We understand that extraordinary circumstances can happen. We will review refund requests on a strict, case-by-case basis exclusively under the following scenarios:
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same script twice in a single transaction or within a 24-hour window, we will gladly refund the duplicate charge.
- Verified Major Technical Defects: If a script is completely broken, throws core errors preventing normal server startup, and our support team cannot fix it within 7 business days of a properly submitted support ticket, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Note: This does not apply to script conflicts caused by third-party, poorly optimized, or leaked resources on your server.
3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We strive to work directly with our customers to solve any technical or billing hitches.
- Contact Us First: Opening a dispute or chargeback with your credit card company, PayPal, Stripe, or Tebex without reaching out to our support team first is a direct violation of our Terms of Service.
- Consequences of Chargebacks: If a chargeback is initiated maliciously or without prior communication, your digital licenses across the EZ_DEVELOPMENT and EZIO STREAMING ecosystems will be permanently revoked. Additionally, your account details will be shared with global FiveM merchant blacklists, which may prevent you from purchasing from other community stores.
4. Technical Support Guidelines
If you are experiencing issues with a script, please remember that we are here to help! Before assuming a script is broken, please ensure you have followed these steps:
- Read the included
README.md or documentation thoroughly. - Verify that all script dependencies (such as targeting systems, wrapper libraries, or frameworks) are updated to their latest stable versions.
- Open a support ticket in our official community Discord channel and provide your server logs and exact error readouts so our team can assist you efficiently.
